About Core Dynamics

For my personal training I use the Core Dynamics method. The core (stomach, spine and buttocks) is a very important part of the human body that we always use 24/7, yet neglect to maintain, also during regular exercises. Therefore, the Core Dynamics  method will allow all your muscles to work together and improve your energy level, strength and posture. During this method, you will only use your own body weight, so no more hassle with dumbbells or other fitness equipment.  

All the exercises used during Core Dynamics are injury-free. Stretching, flexibility and breathing are all in sync with Core Dynamics method as well. Other benefits are weight loss, body toning and increase digestion.

Your Core Dynamics experience will be measured to your personal needs and goals. I assure you: together we can achieve those!
