About Core Dynamics
my personal training I use the Core Dynamics method. The core (stomach,
spine and buttocks) is a very important part of the human body that we
always use 24/7, yet neglect to maintain, also during regular exercises.
Therefore, the Core Dynamics
method will allow all your muscles to work together and
improve your energy level, strength and posture. During this method, you
will only use your own body weight, so no more hassle with dumbbells or
other fitness equipment.
